Ingredients
- Pancit Canton - 227 gms
- Chopped Onion - 1
- Chopped Cabbage - 1 cup
- Minced Garlic - 3 cloves
- Minced Ginger - 2 tbsp
- Chopped Green Chilli - 3
- Grilled Chicken - 2 cups (small pieces)
- Tomato Sauce - 2 tbsp
- Soy Sauce - 2 tsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Vinegar - 1 tsp
- Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
- Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
- Chicken Stock - 1 bar
- Boil Pancit Canton with 1 cup of water in pan and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in non - stick pan. Add Onion, Ginger, Green Chilli and Garlic. Saute until Onion is translucent.
- Add Cabbage and Chicken.Saute it for 5minutes. Add Chilli powder, Pepper Powder and powdered Chicken Stock.
- Add Pancit Canton and mix it nicely.
- Add Tomato Sauce , Soy Sauce and Vinegar.
- Serve hot.
