Broccoli Carrot Roast

 

 
Ingredients
  1. Broccoli Florets – 2 Cups
  2. Carrot (diced into medium sized cubes) – 1 cup
  3. Onion – 1 medium
  4. Chicken masala Powder – 2 tsp
  5. Soya Sauce – 2 tsp
  6. Hot & Sweet Tomato Sauce – 2 tbsp
  7. Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
  8. Salt – to taste
  9. Oil – 2 tbsp
Directions
  1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a Pan. Add onions and saute till translucent.
  2. Add 2 tsp chicken masala powder and 1 tsp garlic paste and fry for a minute.
  3. Add the broccoli florets and diced carrots. Sprinkle salt and mix well.
  4. Cover and cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes till the vegetables are cooked.
  5. Add 2 tsp Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp Hot and Sweet Tomato Sauce and mix well.
  6. Cover and cook for another 2-3 minutes so that the gravy is coated thoroughly on the vegetables.
  7. Serve as a side dish along with Rice, Roti or Bread.
