Ingredients
- Yoghurt - 1 cup
- Finely Choped Onion - 1 large
- Roasted Ground Cumin (Jeera) - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Finely Choped Green Chilli - 1
- Black Pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Red Chillies Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Chaat Masala - 1/4 tsp (Optional)
- Coriander Leaves - 5 to 10
- Water - 1/2 cup
Directions
- Take a medium sized bowl and add yogurt to it. Mash it with a blender until it gets smooth. Add water and remaining ingredients except Onion and again mix them well.
- Now add Onion to it and mix it well. Refrigerate Onion Raita for 1/2 hour.
- Before serving, garnish Onion Raita with finely chopped coriander leaves and serve chilled.
