Beans Fry

Beans Fry

Ingredients
  1. Beans - 10
  2. Shallots - 4
  3. Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
  4. Turmeric Powder - 1/4 ts
  5. Pepper Powder - a pinch
  6. Salt - for taste
  7. Oil - 1 tbsp
  8. Curry Leaves - a sprig
Directions
  1. Wash and chop beans. Keep it aside.
  2. Grind Shallots, Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Pepper Powder and Salt.
  3. Mix well the ground paste with Beans.
  4. Keep it for 10 minutes.
  5. Heat oil in pan and add the Beans.
  6. Add Curry Leaves. Stir Occasionally.
  7. When the raw taste goes remove it from fire.
  8. Serve hot with rice.
