Beans Fry |
Ingredients
- Beans - 10
- Shallots - 4
- Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 ts
- Pepper Powder - a pinch
- Salt - for taste
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Curry Leaves - a sprig
- Wash and chop beans. Keep it aside.
- Grind Shallots, Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Pepper Powder and Salt.
- Mix well the ground paste with Beans.
- Keep it for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in pan and add the Beans.
- Add Curry Leaves. Stir Occasionally.
- When the raw taste goes remove it from fire.
- Serve hot with rice.
