Appa's Pork Roast |
Ingredients
- Pork - 500gm
- Thinly Sliced Shallots - 10
- Slit Green Chilli - 4
- Curry Leaves - 3 Sprig
- Chopped Ginger - 3"
- Chopped Garlic - 4 pods
- Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
- Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 2 tsp
- Meat Masala - 1 tbsp
- Mustard Seeds - 2 tsp
- Pepper Powder - 2 tsp
- Add Shallots, Green Chilli, Ginger, Garlic, Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Corriander Powder and Meat Masala to the Pork. Mix thoroughly. Keep it aside for 30 minutes.
- Add Pork to the Pressure Cooker and cook it for 5 to 6 whistles.
- Heat Oil in pan. Add Mustard Seeds and splutter it. Add Curry Leaves.
- Add Pork and mix well.
- Stir until roasted. Add Pepper Powder and mix well.
- Remove from fire and Serve hot.
