Ingredients- Grated Cabbage - 1 cup
- Chopped Onion - 1
- Chopped Green Chilli - 2
- Grated Coconut - 1/2 cup
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Coconut oil - 2 tbsp
- Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
- Red Chilli - 1
- Curry Leaves - a sprig
- Salt - to taste
Directions
- Heat oil in non - stick pan. Add Mustard Seeds and allow it to splutter.
- Add Red Chilli, Onion and Green Chilli. Saute until onion gets translucent.
- Add Curry Leaves and Cabbage into it.
- Add Turmeric Powder and Salt.
- Add Grated Cocnut into it. Saute thoroughly.
- Reduce the flame, cover the lid and cook cabbage for 10 minutes.
- Open the lid, stir nicely and dry it.
- Serve hot.
