Wheat GOG Dosa (Gothambu Dosa)



Ingredients
  1. Wheat Flour - 1 cup
  2. Minced Onion -  1 medium
  3. Minced Ginger - 1 tbsp
  4. Chopped Green Chilli - 2
  5. Salt - to taste
  6. Water - as required
  7. Oil / Ghee - as required
Directions
  1. Mix  the ingredients (Onion, Ginger, Green Chilli, Salt) with Wheat flour.
  2. Add water and make a dosa batter.
  3. Heat non - stick pan, pour a ladle of batter on to pan.
  4. Pour some oil on it when it is dried.
  5. Flip over and make two sides golden brown.
  6. Serve hot.
