Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Minced Onion - 1 medium
- Minced Ginger - 1 tbsp
- Chopped Green Chilli - 2
- Salt - to taste
- Water - as required
- Oil / Ghee - as required
- Mix the ingredients (Onion, Ginger, Green Chilli, Salt) with Wheat flour.
- Add water and make a dosa batter.
- Heat non - stick pan, pour a ladle of batter on to pan.
- Pour some oil on it when it is dried.
- Flip over and make two sides golden brown.
- Serve hot.
