- Beans - 10
- Coconut - 1/2 cup
- Shallots - 3
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Curry Leaves - a sprig
- Salt - for taste
- Green Chilli - 1
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Chopp Beans and keep it aside.
- Grind Coconut, Shallots, Salt, Turmeric Powder and Green Chilli.
- Heat Oil in pan and add Beans.
- Cover with lid and cook Beans.
- Add ground ingredients to it and mix well.
- Add Curry Leaves and mix it.
- Open the lid and Stir it for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with Rice.
