Ingredients
- Nirapara Rava Uppuma - 2 cups
- Onion - 1
- Grated Carrot - 1 medium
- Chopped Beans - 6 nos.
- Chopped Ginger - 2 tsp
- Chopped Green Chilli - 2 or 3
- Red Chilli - 1
- Chana Dal - 1 tsp
- Urad Dal - 1 tsp
- Cashewnut - 6
- Raisins - 6
- Salt - to taste
- Ghee - 2 tbsp
- Mustard Seeds - 1 tbsp
- Curry Leaves - a sprig
Directions
- Boil 2cups of water and keep it aside.
- Heat Ghee in non-stick pan. Add Mustard seeds and splatter it.
- Add Green Chilli and Ginger. Saute till fried.
- Add Cashewnut, raisins, chana dal and urad dal. Saute till browned.
- Add Red chilli, curry leaves and onion. Saute till onion gets translucent.
- Add carrot, Beans and salt. Saute for 5 minutes.
- Add little water and cook the vegetables.
- when veges are cooked, add rava and saute for 3 minutes.
- Add water and cook for 5 minutes in low flame.
- Saute until clasps are powdered.
- Serve hot with Banana and Sugar.
