Vegetable Rava Uppuma



Ingredients
  1. Nirapara Rava Uppuma - 2 cups
  2. Onion - 1
  3. Grated Carrot - 1 medium
  4. Chopped Beans - 6 nos.
  5. Chopped Ginger - 2 tsp
  6. Chopped Green Chilli - 2 or 3
  7. Red Chilli - 1
  8. Chana Dal - 1 tsp
  9. Urad Dal - 1 tsp
  10. Cashewnut - 6
  11. Raisins - 6
  12. Salt - to taste
  13. Ghee - 2 tbsp
  14. Mustard Seeds - 1 tbsp
  15. Curry Leaves - a sprig

Directions
  1. Boil 2cups of water and keep it aside.
  2. Heat Ghee in non-stick pan. Add Mustard seeds and splatter it.
  3. Add Green Chilli and Ginger. Saute till fried.
  4. Add Cashewnut, raisins, chana dal and urad dal. Saute till browned.
  5. Add Red chilli, curry leaves and onion. Saute till onion gets translucent.
  6. Add carrot, Beans and salt. Saute for 5 minutes.
  7. Add little water and cook the vegetables.
  8. when veges are cooked, add rava and saute for 3 minutes.
  9. Add water and cook for 5 minutes in low flame.
  10. Saute until clasps are powdered.
  11. Serve hot with Banana and Sugar.
