Carrot Wheat Flour (Gothambu) Dosha



Ingredients

  1. Wheat Flour - 2 cups
  2. Grated Carrot - 1 medium
  3. Egg - 1
  4. Salt - to taste
  5. Sugar - 1 tbsp
  6. Water - as required
  7. Ghee - as required
Directions

  1. Mix Carrot, Egg, Salt, Sugar, Water and Wheat flour together.
  2. Heat non-stick pan and pour one ladle full of batter and spread it as thin as possible to make thin and crisp dosas.
  3. After 3 - 4 minutes add Ghee and flip it over.
  4. When edges become crispy, you can serve it.
