Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 2 cups
- Grated Carrot - 1 medium
- Egg - 1
- Salt - to taste
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Water - as required
- Ghee - as required
- Mix Carrot, Egg, Salt, Sugar, Water and Wheat flour together.
- Heat non-stick pan and pour one ladle full of batter and spread it as thin as possible to make thin and crisp dosas.
- After 3 - 4 minutes add Ghee and flip it over.
- When edges become crispy, you can serve it.
