Ingredients
- Small Cubes Raw Banana - 2
- Shallots - 3 or 4
- Garlic - 1
- Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - a sprig
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Red Chilli - 2
- Water - as required
Directions
- In a non - stick pan add banana cubes with little water, salt and turmeric powder. Cover it, boil and make it soft.
- When it is soft remove the lid and allow it to evaporate water completely.
- Grind Garlic, Shallots, Red Chilli and keep it aside.
- In a non stick pan, add oil, spatter mustard seeds.
- Add curry leaves and grinded mix.
- Saute it for 3 minutes. Add boiled banana and stir.
- Serve hot with rice.
