Ingredients
- Beans (Chopped into thin pieces) – 1/2 kg
- Kunjulli (Shallots) – 4 or 5
- Green Chillies – 3 or 4
- Turmeric – A pinch
- Salt – As Required
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Cumin Seeds = a pinch
- Curry Leaves – A sprig
- Coconut (grated) – 1/2 Cup
- Egg - 1
Directions
- Grind together coconut, turmeric powder, kunjulli, cumin seeds and green chillies.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a non stick pan. Add beans and curry leaves
- Add ground coconut paste and salt to taste. Mix lightly.
- Cover the pan and cook on low flame, stirring occasionally.
- After 12- 15 mins, the beans will be cooked.
- Add egg and stir for 2 minutes
- Serve hot
