Mummy's Egg Roast |
Ingredients
- Egg - 3
- Thinly Sliced Onion - 3
- Chopped Tomato - 2 medium
- Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chicken Masala - 1 tbsp
- Salt - for taste
- Oil - 2 tbsp
Directions
- Boil the Eggs thoroughly until hard boiled and keep it aside. Add some Salt when boiling so that shell won't break.
- Heat Oil in pan. Add Onion and Cover the lid.
- Add some Salt and saute occasionally.
- When soft, add Chilli Powder, Chicken Masala and Turmeric Powder. Mix well.
- Add Tomato and smash it well. Add boiled eggs.
- Cover the lid and cook it for 5 -1 0 minutes.
- Serve hot with Appams.
