Mummy's Egg Roast


Mummy's Egg Roast
Ingredients
  1. Egg - 3
  2. Thinly Sliced Onion - 3
  3. Chopped Tomato - 2 medium
  4. Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
  5. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Chicken Masala - 1 tbsp
  7. Salt - for taste
  8. Oil - 2 tbsp
Directions
  1. Boil the Eggs thoroughly until hard boiled and keep it aside. Add some Salt when boiling so that shell won't break.
  2. Heat Oil in pan. Add Onion and Cover the lid.
  3. Add some Salt and saute occasionally.
  4. When soft, add Chilli Powder, Chicken Masala and Turmeric Powder. Mix well.
  5. Add Tomato and smash it well. Add boiled eggs.
  6. Cover the lid and cook it for 5 -1 0 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with Appams.
