Ingredients
- Ragi Powder - 2 tbsp
- Milk - 1 cup
- Sugar - 2 tsp
- Ghee - 2 tsp
- Cashewnuts - 5
- Raisins - 5
Directions
- Mix Milk and Ragi Powder in a Saucepan.
- Add Sugar.
- Boil the mix under low flame by stirring nicely so that there are no lumps.
- Remove from the fire.
- In a non- stick pan, heat Ghee
- Add Cashewnuts and Raisins.
- Fry it and add it to the mix.
- Serve hot.
