Carrot Tomato Raita




Ingredients
  1. Grated Carrot - 1
  2. Choped Tomato - 1
  3. Yoghurt - 2 Cup
  4. Finely Choped Cilantro - 2 or 3
  5. Salt - to taste
  6. Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
For Seasoning
  1. Red Chilli - 1
  2. Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tsp
  3. Asafoetida (Hing) - a pinch

Directions

  1. Beat the Yoghurt in a bowl.
  2. Add the finely grated carrots and chopped tomatoes.
  3. Add Salt and pepper powder.
  4. Chill it 
  5. Heat a pan and pour 1 tsp oil
  6. When it is hot split mustard seeds and then add Red Chillies.
  7. When seasoning is cold add it to the Yoghurt and then add hing.
  8. Mix well and Serve Chill
