Appa's King Fish GGG Fry


 
 
Ingredients
  1. King Fish - 4 Pieces
  2. Ginger - 2 tbsp
  3. Garlic - 3 cloves
  4. Green Chilli - 2
  5. Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
  7. Salt - to taste
  8. Oil - as needed
  9. Curry Leaves - a Sprig
  10. Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
Directions
  1. Make Ginger Garlic Green Chilli (GGG) paste.
  2. Mix GGG, Chilli powder, Turmeric, Salt, Curry Leaves and Lemon Juice.
  3. Marinate  Fish with the above mix. Fefrigerate it for 15 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in non - stick pan.
  5. Place Fish one by one. Flip over both sides until fried.
  6. Serve hot.
