Ragi Malt (Porridge)



Ingredients
  1. Ragi Powder - 2 tbsp
  2. Milk - 1 cup
  3. Sugar - 2 tsp
  4. Ghee - 2 tsp
  5. Cashewnuts - 5
  6. Raisins - 5

Directions
  1. Mix Milk and Ragi Powder in a Saucepan.
  2. Add Sugar.
  3. Boil the mix under low flame by stirring nicely so that there are no lumps.
  4. Remove from the fire.
  5. In a non- stick pan, heat Ghee
  6. Add Cashewnuts and Raisins.
  7. Fry it and add it to the mix.
  8. Serve hot.
