Appa's King Fish GGG Fry
Ingredients
- King Fish - 4 Pieces
- Ginger - 2 tbsp
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Green Chilli - 2
- Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - as needed
- Curry Leaves - a Sprig
- Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
Directions
- Make Ginger Garlic Green Chilli (GGG) paste.
- Mix GGG, Chilli powder, Turmeric, Salt, Curry Leaves and Lemon Juice.
- Marinate Fish with the above mix. Fefrigerate it for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in non - stick pan.
- Place Fish one by one. Flip over both sides until fried.
- Serve hot.
