Sweet Milk Rice |
Ingredients
- White Rice - 1 cup
- Cow Milk - 2 1/2 cup
- Finely Chopped Jaggery - 1 cup
- Ghee - 2 tbsp
- Wash Rice thoroughly and keep it aside.
- Add Milk to the Saucepan and boil it.
- When milk comes up to the peak of the pan add washed rice.
- Reduce flame and cover with a lid until Rice cooked. Stir occassionally.
- When Rice is cooked well add Jaggery and mix well.
- When it start sticking to the pan, pour ghee to it so that it won't stick.
- When it gets thicker, remove from fire.
- Serve hot.
