Ingredients
- Grated Carrot - 1
- Choped Tomato - 1
- Yoghurt - 2 Cup
- Finely Choped Cilantro - 2 or 3
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Red Chilli - 1
- Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Asafoetida (Hing) - a pinch
Directions
- Beat the Yoghurt in a bowl.
- Add the finely grated carrots and chopped tomatoes.
- Add Salt and pepper powder.
- Chill it
- Heat a pan and pour 1 tsp oil
- When it is hot split mustard seeds and then add Red Chillies.
- When seasoning is cold add it to the Yoghurt and then add hing.
- Mix well and Serve Chill
